Terms of Service

These Terms govern wowpostio.com and the WowPostio AI platform («Service»). Creating an account or using the Service means you agree to them.
1. The Service
WowPostio helps small and medium businesses plan, generate and publish Instagram content via the official Graph API, and (when you enable it) reply in Direct, comments and stories, capture leads, and share a WhatsApp link. More channels may be added later.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18.
- You must own or be allowed to manage the Instagram account you connect.
- You are responsible for activity under your login.
3. Acceptable use
You must follow Meta Platform Policy and Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, Meta Community Standards, and the laws of your country and the country you target.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or publish material you do not have rights to;
- Send unsolicited messages or spam, auto-follow, auto-like, fake engagement, or other outreach Meta forbids. Replies the product sends to people who already wrote to your inbox or commented — when you enable auto-reply — are allowed;
- Impersonate someone else;
- Publish prohibited content (CSAM — zero tolerance; porn; illegal drugs; weapons; unlicensed gambling; hate; scams; fake medical claims);
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without written permission.

4. AI content and uploads
- You must review every AI output before you publish. You are responsible for what goes out under your Instagram account.
- Uploads (faces, logos, products) must be yours or licensed, with written permission from identifiable people.
- We do not use your content or Meta-sourced data to train third-party foundation models.
5. Fees, currency, refunds
- Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe, in US dollars.
- A Brazilian card may show a BRL amount after the bank’s FX and IOF. That conversion is not set by WowPostio. Marketing that mentions reais is an approximation, not a BRL price list.
- Plans renew until you cancel in the dashboard; cancel takes effect at period end.
- Prepaid fees are non-refundable except where the law requires it.
- Brazil (CDC art. 49). If you buy a paid plan as a consumer in Brazil, you may request a full refund of that purchase within 7 days by emailing support@wowpostio.com from the account email. This sits next to EU/UK cooling-off rights where those apply.
- Price changes: at least 30 days’ notice for the next cycle.
6. Third parties
Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, fal.ai, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel and Inngest have their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.
7–9. IP, warranty, liability
The software and brand are ours; you get a limited licence while subscribed. The Service is provided «as is». We do not promise reach, followers or sales. To the maximum allowed by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.
10. Suspension and termination
You may delete the account in the dashboard at any time.
We may suspend or terminate, or refuse a piece of content, for breach, illegal or prohibited content, Meta or payment-provider orders, non-payment, or security risk. Severe cases (CSAM, fraud, attacks) may be immediate and without notice; we may report to law enforcement or NCMEC. Other cases: we try to give notice and a short chance to fix or appeal via abuse@wowpostio.com. Breach termination: no refund of the current period. If we shut the Service down (not for your breach), unused prepaid time is refunded pro rata.
Data after termination follows the Privacy Policy and data deletion pages.
11. Changes
Material changes: email or in-product notice at least 30 days ahead.
12. Governing law
These Terms follow the law of the place where WowPostio AI is incorporated, except that mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence (including Brazil’s CDC) still apply.
13. Trademarks
Instagram and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Other product names belong to their owners. WowPostio is not affiliated with them. Instagram access is only via the official Graph API.
