Data deletion

You can delete your WowPostio data. If a step is unclear, write to privacy@wowpostio.com. We confirm within 3 business days and finish the request within 15 days. Technical purge from active systems can take up to 30 days.

Option 1 — Delete the account in the product

1. Sign in at wowpostio.com/auth/login.
2. Open Dashboard → Settings → Account.
3. Click «Delete account» and confirm.

That revokes Instagram tokens at once and removes your account, profile, posts, drafts, uploads and generated media from active systems within 30 days. The subscription stops at the end of the current period (no further charges).

Option 2 — Disconnect Instagram only

1. WowPostio → Settings → Integrations → Instagram → Disconnect; or
2. Instagram → Apps and Websites and remove WowPostio AI.

Stored tokens and cached Instagram data are dropped within 24 hours. Inbox copies of conversations may remain in your WowPostio workspace until you delete the account, unless you delete those threads in the product.

Option 3 — Email

From the email on the account, write to privacy@wowpostio.com with subject «Data deletion request» and your Instagram username if any.

What is deleted

• Profile and login data
• Business profile, brand files, reference photos
• Posts, drafts, generated images, video and voice
• Instagram tokens and cached metadata
• Inbox messages stored for your workspace
• Logs that still identify you

What we may keep

• Anonymous totals that no longer identify you
• Invoices (tax law — often up to 7 years)
